Herefordshire Yoga …… What’s it all about ?

We are Amanda Hamilton and Veronika Pena, and we have brought together our years of yoga practice, experience and teaching to create Herefordshire Yoga – a collection of varied Yoga Classes based in and around Hereford, Monmouth, Ross on Wye and Ledbury.
By bringing our different yoga passions and styles under one roof, we can offer our students a flowing, seamless yoga experience interspersed with humour and lightness.
Whether you are a beginner, want a class for all abilities, feel that you have a fuller figure, are either post op or recuperating, our blend of Sivananda, Kashmir, Yin, Hatha, Pregnancy and Ashtanga Yoga forms will help you to open, stretch and strengthen your body at YOUR OWN PACE.

“BUT I’M NOT FLEXIBLE ENOUGH TO PRACTICE YOGA ……”
We hear this all the time. And the sentence doesn’t make sense … It’s the same as saying “I’m really tired so I won’t go to bed”.
You don’t need to be flexible to practice yoga. Many of our physical ailments are directly caused by a lack of flexibility. So that’s a great reason to come to Yoga – to help IMPROVE your flexibility. Flexibility is not a pre-requisite, but it most certainly is a by-product!
