On Retreating in Spain ….
“The retreat was a journey out of time – practicing yoga outdoors is magical, but to indulge in 3 days of practice as the sun rises and sets behind the surrounding mountains, the warm air stroking the body, was amazingly spiritual and took me to a whole new level. Our hosts, Roger and Di, were the most delightful and generous couple, welcoming us to their idyllic home like members of their own family. Di provided reiki and reflexology treatments under the shade of the pergola in their peaceful, flower-filled courtyard. Wonderful meals were provided on the sun-drenched terrace overlooking the pool and surrounding olive groves. In between times were spent relaxing quietly by the pool, exploring the nearby hillside town of Cazorla or on woodland walks in the surrounding mountains. Ultimate ME time!!

“Each morning, on the sun terrace, we bathed in the rays from the sunrise as we mediated and practiced yoga and later in the day the fading light of the sunset left a calming aura to the day’s work.

We were given opportunities to further enhance the work of the meditation and yoga through a variety of healing treatments and walks in the beautiful countryside.
