Our Relaxation Yoga Classes are ideally suited for students who need a class in which to mentally rest and unwind, where the body can de-stress, while the focus gently remains on breathing slowly and calmly.

Deeply relaxing, deeply restorative yoga

The asanas, or poses that we will practice are designed to help profoundly relax us, not overly challenge the body.  We will release, relax and sink deeply into ourselves as the gentle, opening poses do their work.

This class will also suit newcomers, pregnant women, students carrying extra weight, those recovering from injury, people with extreme stiffness and high stress levels.
